First time using Key n Go St Thomas and had a great experience! Was a little apprehensive about there not being a physical office to go to but the process could not be any easier. The company’s very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. The car was in great shape. Super friendly and efficient. We were really sick and tired of the long lines and poor treatment received by the airport car rental companies over the past 25 years and decided to try something different. We are super pleased that we did! Will be using Key N Go again

This was soo much fun. Got to see views of the whole island. Went to 2 different beaches. This was amazing.

We had a great time. Communication was easy and prompt. They were very personable and we had great conversation with them along the way. They recommended some local eateries and coffee spots. Will be back when we visit again.

We had a wonderful experience renting a car from key and go. Its so nice we pickup and return the car just outside the airport a short walking distance without any long lines and if we needed help we just texted them and got instant help. Will definitely use again

Great and easy experience with renting a car in St. Thomas. Key N Go promptly provided information on how to get the car from the airport. The car was clean and the process was smooth. I was with a group of 4. I had two people wait at the airport with all the luggage while my friend and I got the car. We went back and picked up the other 2 with all the luggage. If you take the ticket to enter the airport and exit the airport within 15 minutes, there's no airport charge. The return process was also very easy. Take some pictures of the car, place the key in the lockbox and it's done. FYI - I had other friends who rented a car and took it over to St. John. The roads are very steep there. They had difficulties with a sharp steep turn and the car slid backwards into a guard rail. Key N Go was very friendly about the situation and and it will all work out. I highly recommend renting a car from Key N Go.

Just did the UTV tour around St. Thomas... definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on the island with our awesome tour guide Jeree. She gave us the best tour a local could give. This was a four hour trip all over, from lookouts, to ruins tucked away near secluded beaches. Of course there was even off-roading, which was a blast in the UTV. There were also stops at the best vistas on the island and even the highest point. We made amazing memories with Key N Go UTV Adventures, thank you!!
